Real Estate Consulting Services Limited (RECS) is an expert Asset and Property Management Company founded by Alistair Reid. We specialise in commercial property management across all sectors, providing both Consulting and Contracting services to our clients. Our primary objective is to help and support our clients achieve the best return from their real assets in growth, risk reduction and secured income. We on focus on the entire process, ensuring the implementation of your asset strategy; starting with high level strategic advice, ongoing property management and on site facilities services.
Our Aim is to offer the real estate and property management industry an alternative solution to the usual big firms and high fee structures. RECS has a small team of specialists, working close together deliver outstanding services. We take a common sense approach to property management, considering both the end objectives and your budget. In many cases, the work we do is outside of contract scopes, or requires additional expert resource which cannot be self delivered.
Our existing clients include institutional landlords, public sector bodies, property management agencies, facilities management providers and a few residential owners predominantly where mixed use assets are involved. While we are predominantly located in London and the South east, we do offer services across the country and remote consulting where value can be achieved for our client.
