Alistair Reid started RECS in early 2020 after given an opportunity to leave the rat race enter the world of consulting. RECS has been extremely successful, growing its client base quickly and proving a successful alternative for many clients. RECS offers a hands-on one-to-one client experience, leading in best practice and delivering outstanding results. Alistair has formed a small collection of high performing industry experts working in collaboration as consultants together under a single vision.
Real Estate Consulting Services Limited is VAT registered. Individual consultants working in partnership are all members of their respective governing and regulatory bodies including RICS, CIOB, BIFM, NICEIC, NAPIT, IOSH and ARB.

Alistair heads up the business with over 20 industry experience. Based in London, he has excellent and wide ranging experience having previously worked at leading property companies such as CBRE, Landsec and Workspace Group.
Alistair grew up in Cape Town, moving to London in 2003 after university and immediately started work in the property industry. He has a passion for learning and has continued studying throughout his career, including Organic Chemistry, Economics and a Masters in Real Estate.
In late 2019, Alistair was approached by some industry contacts for private work. It created the opportunity to leave full time employment and start a new business. Success was immediate, despite the covid pandemic. There are three key advantages to uses RECS:
